I'm still Masonating over here in the BRK, it's a way of life now. My family enjoys leaving the house each day with jars full of goodness from salads, main dishes, and sweet treats. We like to refer to the Big Red as MasonNation, with me being the chief Masonator.
For January I cooked up some breakfast on the go-
Oreo Cheesecakes
Quiche and Go's (gluten free)
Pigs in a Blanket Pancakes with Maple Fried Apples
Peaches and Cream Coffee Cakes
Self Buttering Biscuits
and Robin Sue's Red Bowls- grape tomatoes, beets, and strawberries, very energizing!
Hasta la vista, baby.
Other than Masonating, I do create some other delicious delights. One day The Teenager wanted Chocolate Chip Cookies, I wanted Cookie Dough, so I created the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Chocolate Chip Cookies. Period.
My blogger friend Rob of Countryside Food Rides and I got together for a He Said/She Said Party and shared our versions of Nachos. I created Pie Pan Nachos using delicious Sweet Hot Jalapenos and Beer Queso, while he created Grilled BBQ Chicken Nachos, they were smokin'!
Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are great for entertaining crowds.
A hot bowl of Paleo Butternut Thai Shrimp Bisque warms the soul.
